Project Introduction:
The Biyue Mansion project, co-operated by Shengdao Electric and Country Garden, is located in the core area of Xinhaishu development in Ningbo. It is a high-end residential building in Xinhaishu. The project used VSD2-12 indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker produced by Shengdao.

VSD2-12 indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker

VSD2-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV, three-phase AC 50Hz, and is carefully designed and independently developed to adapt to the Chinese market on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of the same type of products at home and abroad. The high-performance high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker complies with the latest relevant standards of GB, DL and IEC. It has a complete range of specifications and a solid-sealed pole that can operate stably in harsh environments. The vacuum interrupter has extraordinary breaking performance and can have a mechanical life. Up to 30,000 times, the configuration of the new panel is beautiful and exquisite.

 


       The VSD2-12 vacuum circuit breaker has passed strict type tests (assessment of insulation, temperature rise, dynamic thermal stability and short-circuit breaking and closing under various conditions), and has also withstood high and low temperature tests (-40°C). ~70℃) and 9-intensity seismic test.
Each VSD2-12 vacuum circuit breaker undergoes 300 opening and closing running-in tests before leaving the factory, which further improves the reliability of the whole machine. Special testing instruments are also used to test the mechanical characteristics to determine the opening and closing movement curve.
